The konjac plant is native to Indonesia and is a kind of herbaceous perennial plant called “amorphophallus konjac”.
It's known for its starchy corm, a tuber-like part of the stem that grows underground. The corm is used to make a rich source of soluble dietary fiber.
Our konjac comes in a form of yam chip which has been sun-dried. It is usually used as a basic material of konjac powder.
